Refund Policy

If we are not your cup of coffee (or tea), this is for you.

We keep things simple. If you want to stop using our service, by going to your Settings, and in your Stripe Portal, cancel your subscription, and you are good to go.

All payments and charges are final. If you have been charged, that means the software is working, scanning, and our staff is preparing takedowns and confirming your links. However, we do take requests for refunds at our sole discretion. E-mail us at hey@harvel.io with your details, and we will assist you right away.
